Mr. Pritzke practices in the areas of real estate, zoning, business, administrative, construction, commercial law, estate planning, and probate administration. He has represented clients in all aspects of real estate development, from purchasing the property, through the annexation, zoning, and platting process, has negotiated construction contracts, represented clients seeking and closing commercial loans, and has drafted and negotiated retail, commercial and industrial purchase agreements and leases. He also consults with clients in the area of estate planning and probate administration, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and life planning documents. Since 1973, Mr. Davis has had a wide range of experience. This experience includes successful representation of clients in the areas of family law, business and real estate, zoning, estate planning and civil and criminal litigation. In recent years, the focus of his practice has been in the areas of litigation, both civil and criminal, family law and estate planning. His practice is centered in Hancock County, but he has also been active throughout central Indiana. Ms. Manship joined the law firm in 2006 as a Family Law Associate. She has 15 years experience and practices in the areas of domestic relations, including divorce, custody, support, parenting time, adoptions, related family law and is a Family Law Mediator. Ms. Manship resides in Fortville and is a 1995 graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law. She has experience both in a private law practice and as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Prior to her joining Pritzke & Davis she had practiced law for 11 years, with 4 years of her practice being in Hancock County. Mr. Walter initially joined the firm in 2001 and practices in the areas of family law, personal injury, criminal law, business law, land use, collections, and general civil litigation. Prior to his admission to the Indiana Bar, he worked for the firm as a clerk for two years from 1999-2001. Prior to rejoining the firm in 2007, Ed worked almost two years for the law offices of the Cincinnati Insurance Company where he practiced in the areas of subrogation and insurance defense litigation.
Since 1994, Mr. Walter has been a licensed Indiana High School Athletic Association basketball official. Ed and his wife, Tracy, have two children, Sydney and Tyler, and they reside in New Palestine.
